VET Fee-Help Courses
What is VET Fee-Help? Some recognised vocational courses attract fee help loans for tuition costs. Read below to see if you qualify for fee help, or contact your chosen training provider for more information.
VET FEE-HELP is available to assist eligible students studying higher level vocational education and training (VET) qualifications to pay their tuition fees. Higher level VET qualifications are at the diploma level and above; VET FEE‑HELP is not available for most certificate level courses. A VET FEE‑HELP course loan can be used to pay all or part of an eligible student’s tuition fees, but cannot be used for additional study costs such as accommodation or text books.

HECS-HELP is not just a loan scheme. Under HECS-HELP, eligible students can also receive a 10% discount on the amount of their whole student contribution (for a study period) for any upfront payment of $500 or more, if they choose not to use a HECS-HELP loan.
